- The previous statement is mostly true. There are things like the innovator’s dilemma. Also, a good reminder to take words with a grain of salt.

- 当たり前だと言われていることは意外と当たり前に行われていなかったりする。当たり前を大事にするだけで結構できる。同時に当たり前は結構難しい。
- 当たり前の基準を自分の中で作って仕舞えば、あとはそれを日々行うだけ。次に行きたければまた当たり前を更新する。

- When settings goals, the obvious thing is to set them based on outcomes. But outcomes are generally not so controllable. What’s more controllable are your actions (Process). If you get the process right, the performance improves, and the outcomes follow.
